The Buffalo Bills have signed wide receiver Chase Claypool to a one-year contract, the team announced Friday. The 6-foot-4, 238-pound Claypool brings a physical presence and a proven track record to the Bills' offense.

Since entering the NFL in 2020, Claypool has amassed over 2,000 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns. He enjoyed a breakout season in 2020 with the Pittsburgh Steelers, hauling in 62 passes for 873 yards and nine touchdowns while also adding two rushing scores to his tally.

The 25-year-old Claypool is a native of British Columbia, Canada, and was a second-round pick by the Steelers in the 2020 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Notre Dame, where he was named a first-team All-American and won the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's top receiver in 2019.
