Bucks Acquire Patrick Beverley in Three-Team Trade
Beverley, TPE Traded to Milwaukee
76ers Receive Tony Bradley, 2nd Round Pick
The Milwaukee Bucks have acquired guard Patrick Beverley and a trade player exception (TPE) from the Philadelphia 76ers in a three-team deal that also involves the Utah Jazz. In exchange, the 76ers received center Tony Bradley and a 2025 second-round draft pick.
The trade comes as the Bucks look to bolster their defense ahead of the playoffs. Beverley, a veteran known for his defensive prowess, is expected to provide a much-needed boost to Milwaukee's backcourt.
The 76ers, meanwhile, are looking to clear cap space and acquire more depth at the center position. Bradley, a former first-round pick, has averaged 5.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per game in his career.
The trade also leaves the Jazz with a TPE and a reduced salary cap hit. The team is expected to use the TPE to acquire a veteran player who can help them compete for a playoff spot in the Western Conference.
